Shipping Information
Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days out of our US warehouse. US orders will typically arrive within 3-7 business days and International orders will typically take 4-10 business days, depending on location. We are not responsible for late shipments due to carrier delays.
International Orders
For orders outside of the United States (excluding Canadian non-beauty box orders), your local authorities may hold and assess additional customs and duty fees on your order, which you will need to pay prior to order delivery. These fees and the delivery times for your order are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer. Any order cancellations or refunds after the order has shipped are subject to our standard Return Policy.

Return Policy for items purchased online
Misships, Missing Items, Damaged Items: Please inform us within 3 business days of the delivery if there are any problems with your order. Clearance items, including Out of Box items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Our return policy is detailed here. Shipping charges cannot be refunded - the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund total.

As part of our order processing procedures, we screen all received orders for fraud or other types of unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse to process any order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order or our Customer Service department may call you at the phone number you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any account or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.
